To enable newly automated activities interact with the existing back-end systems, new customized programs are essential. Autobar has assembled a team of qualified software engineers who are capable of writing required programs in practically every programming language and all applicable operating systems, turning this area into a particular strength for Autobar.


AFTER SALES, CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TRAINING

At autobar utmost importance to "after sales/customer support" aspect of the business is given. It has therefore developed a credible and dedicated after sales support team. Strongly believing in the dictum that without trained personnel no operation can last long, we provide comprehensive and credible training to all our customers on the entire range of the solutions to make their projects successful. Training is carried out locally in Pakistan as well as abroad at manufacturer's site.

REPAIR CENTER

To minimize the turn around time and bypass the lengthy RMA procedures, autobar has setup a local diagnostic and repair center in Pakistan offering repairs for its entire products.
In addition to standard manufacture's warranty, autobar also provides additional service agreements to its valued customers, calling for immediate replacement of faulty units through a buffer stock.
